目的和方法:本文采用人妊娠6~8周胎盘组织块的体外培养方法,通过检测干扰素免疫活性和抗病毒活性研究肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)对人滋养层干扰素(IFN)分泌的影响。结果:TNFα可显著促进人滋养层IFNα的分泌,并呈剂量和时间依赖关系。同时各浓度的TNFα还可促进βHCG的分泌,并呈一定的剂量依赖关系。此外,我们还证明INFα可显著抑制人滋养层细胞的生长,而TNFα则无明显作用。结论:TNFα可通过促进人滋养层干素α和βHCG的分泌,从而影响人胎盘的功能活动
Objective and Methods: In this study, the human placental tissue from 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy in vitro culture methods to detect interferon immunological activity and antiviral activity of tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) on human trophoblast interferon (IFN) secretion . Results: TNFα significantly promoted the secretion of IFNα from human trophoblast cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner. At the same time the concentration of TNFα can also promote the secretion of β HCG, and showed a dose-dependent relationship. In addition, we also demonstrated that INFα significantly inhibited the growth of human trophoblast cells, whereas TNFα had no significant effect. CONCLUSION: TNFα can affect the functional activity of human placenta through promoting the secretion of α and β HCG from human trophoblast
