On July 28, the inauguration ceremony of PuLing ChengShan (Qingdao) Industrial Research and Design Co., Ltd. was held at the Friendship Hotel of Chengshan Group, marking the formal listing of R & D centers under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province’s Multiscale Tire Lifecycle Manufacturing Innovation Center.
