项目材料在整个建筑工程中的直接费用成本比例通常都高达50%以上,部分项目甚至会达到65%左右,其是整个建筑工程的关键生产要素,项目材料管理工作好坏直接关系到整个建筑工程的效益。因此,加强施工项目材料管理就成为整个建筑工程中至关重要的内容。鉴于此,本文基于新形势下我国施工项目实际情况,提出几点加强项目材料管理的措施,仅供参考与借鉴。
