1 临床资料 本组男194例,女75例,<45岁25例,占9.2％;46～55岁73例,占27.1％;56～65岁106例,占39.5％,66～75岁47例,占17.4％;76～85岁18例,占6.6％。2 临床分型 轻、中、重269例全部按1980年10月黄山全国第三次肺心病专业会议修订的《肺性脑病的诊断和临床分级标准》诊断和分型。3 治疗措施 全部进行综合治疗:①控制感染,联合用药,2～3,种抗生素
