一种新型的多芯铌三锡超导材料金相样品的制备

铜稳定多芯铌三锡超导材料是由无氧铜-铌-磷青铜-青铜-铌芯等多层金属组成的一种新型的复合材料,它应用于高能物理、受控热核聚变反应、磁流体发电、电机、输电、磁浮列车、舰船推进等各个领域。为了研究它的微观结构,必须进行金相观察,由于这些金属的加工硬化特性不同,给制备金相试样带来了一定困难。经过摸索,我们认为采用下述工艺可以制备出较为满意的金相样品。一镶样先取φ10×1mm的铜管车成10mm高的镶样套管。将套管放在平面玻璃板上,中间用一层描图纸隔 Copper stabilized multi-core niobium tin tin superconducting material is a new composite material composed of multi-layer metal such as oxygen-free copper-niobium-phosphor bronze-bronze-niobium core, which is applied to high energy physics, controlled thermonuclear fusion reaction , Magnetic fluid power generation, motor, transmission, maglev train, ship propulsion and other fields.
