患儿谭××,男性,8个月,毛难族,环江县下南公社波川大队人。1974年2月22日入院。两个月来上腹部肿胀,无发热,无呕吐,无咳嗽,无腹泻,大小便正常。到当地卫生院就诊发现腹腔肿瘤而转入我院。既往无肝炎史。父母、祖父母、外祖父母均健在,无原发性肝癌及其他肿瘤病史。体检:体温36℃,脉搏124次/分。神志清楚,发育正常,营养中等,全身表浅淋巴结不大,巩膜无黄染。心、肺正常。腹部膨隆,以脐上方较明显,无腹壁静脉怒张。上腹可触及肿物如成人拳头大(直径9cm),平脐,边界清楚,质软,表面光滑,未触及结节,尚可活动。叩诊浊音。肝上界在右第五肋间,下界在肋缘下1.5cm,边薄,质软,光滑无结节。肝左叶边缘扪不清。脾未触及。腹腔无移动性浊音。肠鸣音正常。X线透视:心肺正常。化验:血型B型,出凝血时间正常,血象、肝功能、大小便均属正常范围。甲胎蛋白阴性。临床诊断:

The left edge of the liver is unclear. The spleen is not touched. Abdominal cavity without moving dullness. The bowel sounds are normal. X-ray: normal heart and lung.
