目的:探讨胃癌c-myc癌基因的表达及其与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的关系。方法:应用逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)法检测69例胃癌活检组织中c-myc扩增。结果:胃癌癌区和癌旁组织c-myc的阳性表达为63.77%和50.72%,分别高于胃溃疡组(P<0.01);c-myc表达在不同癌组织类型之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);Hp阳性胃癌的癌区和癌旁c-myc阳性扩增率为70.2%和58.0%,分别高于Hp阴性胃癌(42.0%和31.0%,P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中c-myc的异常表达与Hp感染有相关性
Objective: To investigate the expression of c-myc oncogene in gastric cancer and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. METHODS: Reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) was used to detect c-myc amplification in 69 cases of gastric cancer biopsies. RESULTS: The positive expression of c-myc was 63.77% and 50.72% in gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues respectively, which was higher than that in gastric ulcer group (P<0.01). The expression of c-myc was different in different types of cancer tissues. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The c-myc-positive amplification rate in Hp-positive gastric cancer and adjacent cancer was 70.2% and 58.0%, respectively, higher than that of Hp-negative gastric cancer (42.0). % and 31.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Abnormal expression of c-myc in gastric cancer is related to Hp infection
