舞蹈是一门有着悠久历史的艺术,它起源于劳动,又与文学、音乐、美术相伴而生,是人类历史最早产生的艺术形式之一。它以经过提炼,组织和美化了的人体动作作为主要表现手段,表达人们的思想感情,反映人们的社会生活;以动作的姿态、音乐的节奏和人的脸部表情为基本要素,鲜明地反映出人们不同的思想、信仰和审美要求,同时又培养了人们优美的举止和正确的体态。舞蹈自产生以来不但具有提供人欣赏和娱乐的作用,同样也起到了宣传教育的社会作用。如今,它也已成为了实施素质教育的重要途径。
Dance is an art with a long history. It originates from labor and is accompanied by literature, music and art. It is one of the earliest art forms in human history. It has refined, organized and beautified the body movements as the main means of expression to express the people’s thoughts and feelings, reflecting the people’s social life; action gesture, the rhythm of music and facial expressions as the basic elements of a clear reflection Out of different people’s thoughts, beliefs and aesthetic requirements, while cultivating people’s beautiful demeanor and the correct posture. Since its creation, dance has not only provided people with the role of appreciation and entertainment, but also played a social role in propaganda and education. Today, it has also become an important way to implement quality education.
