This paper analyzes the causes of unreliability problems in mixed-signal system theoretically from three aspects: noise immunity, power consumption and capacitive coupling. Several principles and technical measures to improve the reliability of mixed-signal system are proposed and applied to 980 JX ’732 mixed-signal system
