The Baise Uprising was a great feat of our party in establishing a revolutionary base area for the border ethnic minority areas. More than 5,000 Red Army soldiers and numerous revolutionary masses exchanged blood and lives for the triumph of this revolutionary struggle and established an excellent foundation for the liberation of the Chinese people.
