目的 :观察肝纤宁对肝细胞生存的影响。方法 :用CCl4 肝纤维化模型大鼠肝细胞 ,观察肝纤宁培养对其生长的作用。结果 :肝纤宁能提高肝细胞存活率 ,降低肝细胞培养上清液转氨酶(ALT) ,升高糖原 (PAS)及酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)含量 ,电镜观察肝纤宁组线粒体肿胀少而轻 ,滑面内质网增生 ,扩张不明显 ,损伤性细胞结构少。结论 :肝纤宁能提高肝细胞存活率 ,促使肝细胞修复再生 ,从而发挥抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Hepatixing on the survival of hepatocytes. METHODS: The hepatocytes of rat models of hepatic fibrosis with CCl4 were used to observe the effects of hepatic fibrosis on the growth. RESULTS: Hepatic fibrin can increase the survival rate of hepatocytes, reduce the transaminase (ALT) in hepatocyte culture supernatant, increase the content of glycogen (PAS) and acid phosphatase (ACP), and observe the mitochondrial swelling in liver dehydration group by electron microscope. Light, smooth endoplasmic reticulum hyperplasia, expansion is not obvious, less damage cell structure. Conclusion: Hepatic fibrosis can increase the survival rate of hepatocytes and promote the repair and regeneration of hepatocytes, thus exerting an anti-hepatic fibrosis effect.
