目的:调查了解高频电磁辐射环境下通信部队作业官兵的身体健康状况及自觉不适症状。方法:选择某通信部队官兵563例,其中通信作业官兵326例为观察组,后勤官兵237例为对照组,采用自制调查问卷进行调查。结果:(1)除生殖系统症状外,两组自觉不适或疾病差异不显著(P>0.05);两组自觉不适症状发生率最高的是神经系统。(2)观察组训练中的头痛、头晕、眼花、耳鸣、腰痛、全身无力、心悸等症状发生率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中头晕症状发生率最高(21.5%)。(3)观察组在闭窗训练中头晕发生率(23.3%)最高,电磁辐射是闭窗训练中出现不适症状的首要自觉原因(30.1%)。结论:通信作业官兵神经系统不适症状的发生率较高,但各系统主观不适症状发生率与同部队的非通信作业人员比较,差异不显著。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and understand the physical health conditions and the symptoms of unconscionability of officers and soldiers of communications forces in high-frequency electromagnetic radiation environment. Methods: A total of 563 officers and soldiers of a communications force were selected. Among them, 326 officers and soldiers of communications operations were in the observation group and 237 logistics officers and soldiers were in the control group. The questionnaires were used to investigate. Results: (1) In addition to the symptoms of reproductive system, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The nervous system was the highest in both groups. (2) The incidence of headache, dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus, low back pain, general weakness and palpitations in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of dizziness was the highest (21.5%). (3) The observation group had the highest incidence of dizziness (23.3%) in closed-window training. Electromagnetic radiation was the primary cause of discomfort (30.1%) in closed-window training. Conclusion: The incidence of nervous system discomfort was higher in officers and soldiers in communications operations. However, the incidence of subjective discomforts was not significantly different from that of non-communicators in military operations.
