当前,企业生产经营所处的环境是十分特殊的。新旧体制在交替运行过程中,真正的市场力量显得嫩弱且不规范。然而,各种非市场力量却有如雨后春笋,层出不穷。企业与外部的关系,不仅变得十分复杂,而且还十分微妙,令人难以捉摸。尽管非市场力量具有一定客观性,即便在比较正规的市场经济条件下,亦也存在,但就表现形式而言,却是五花八门,目不暇接。其中有必然的,也有偶发的;有直接的,也有间接的;有名正言顺的,也有比较隐晦而只需会意的;有起正向作用的,也有起负向作用的等等。这样,正确认识和对待各种非市场力量,便是企业开展现代经营的十分重要的方面,把握了可以一荣俱荣,把握不好就
