目的 观察输卵管妊娠保守治疗过程的疗效和反应,并探讨其相应的护理措施.方法 以108例早期输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象,观察其在药物治疗过程中的心理状态、局部和全身反应,并

目的 观察输卵管妊娠保守治疗过程的疗效和反应,并探讨其相应的护理措施.方法 以108例早期输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象,观察其在药物治疗过程中的心理状态、局部和全身反应,并针对出现的病情变化及不良反应进行相应处理.结果 108例中105例保守治疗成功,治愈率为97.22%,仅3例改用手术治疗.36例出现轻微不良反应,常规对症处理后缓解.结论 药物保守治疗输卵管妊娠,疗效确切,副作用少.良好的护理可促进患者达到最大程度的康复.
