高速切削(High Speed Cutting)和高速加工(High Speed Machining)分别简称HSC和HSM,是近十年来迅速崛起的一项先进制造技术。高速加工最早应用于航空工业轻合金的加工,现已成为航空制造业提高加工效率和质量,降低加工成本的主要途径。本文阐述了高速切削的基本原理和在航空工业领域的应用技术。
High Speed Cutting and High Speed Machining, respectively referred to as HSC and HSM, is an advanced manufacturing technology that has rapidly risen in recent ten years. The earliest application of high speed machining in the light industry of aviation industry has become the main way for aviation manufacturing industry to improve the processing efficiency and quality and reduce the processing cost. This paper describes the basic principles of high-speed cutting and the application of technology in the field of aviation industry.
