In recent years, chemotherapy in cancer, especially for solid tumors, most advocate the use of a variety of anti-cancer drugs combined treatment. The merging plan of different drugs is mainly based on the experimental results of the combined treatment of animal tumors, the biochemical principle of the drug and the elucidation of the metabolic process, as well as the data of the clinical combination chemotherapy. This article presents a summary of some of the newer concepts for designing and using for reference when combining chemotherapy. A large number of studies have been carried out on the principle of biochemical effects of anticancer drugs. As can be seen from Figure 1, some anticancer drugs have a role in the synthesis of macromolecules and cell division.
