目的:研究张家界产莓茶的酚性化学成分。方法:采用柱色谱分离技术(硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20)以及半制备HPLC法分离化合物,用NMR、HR-MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:二氢杨梅素(Ⅰ)、5,7,3’,4’,5’-五羟基二氢黄酮(Ⅱ)、没食子酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、没食子酸(Ⅳ)、没食子酸乙酯(Ⅴ)、杨梅苷(Ⅵ)、(2R,3S)-5,7,3’,4’,5’-五羟基二氢黄酮醇(Ⅶ)、杨梅素(Ⅷ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅱ和Ⅶ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the phenolic chemical composition of raspberry tea in Zhangjiajie. Methods: The compounds were separated by column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20, Sephadex LH-20) and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, HR-MS and other spectroscopic methods. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as dihydromyricetin (Ⅰ), 5,7,3 ’, 4’, 5’-pentahydroxyflavone (Ⅱ), galloyl-β-D-glucose (IV), gallic acid (Ⅳ), ethyl gallate (Ⅴ), myricitrin (Ⅵ), (2R, 3S) -5,7,3 ’, 4’, 5’-pentahydroxyflavone alcohol (Ⅶ), myricetin (Ⅷ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅱ and Ⅶ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
