2007年11月9日至14日,中油集团公司在北京石油管理干部学院举办了两期学习贯彻落实党的十七大精神领导干部培训班。在为期二天的培训学习中,中共中央宣传部理论局、中央政策研究室、中共中央党校、中国社会科学院的领导和专家作了4场专题讲座。他们从党的“十七大”的重要意义、“十七大”报告的总体框架、科学发展观、“十七大”的理论创新及贡献、当代世界经济等方面为来自集团公司总部机关各部门主要领导、各企事业单位领导班子党政正职、总部机关及在京单位副局级干部进行了全面的辅导。
