摘要目的采用以束示踪的空间统计学方法分析扩散张量影像,以确定轻度创伤性脑损伤(m TBI)后是否存在中央轴突损伤导致的神经精神症状。材料与方法本研究获得机构伦理委员会批准,未签署知情同意书。对45例m TBI病人进行扩散张量成像和系列神经认知测试(包括即刻脑震荡后评估和认知测试评价),其中38例表现为烦躁,32例表现为抑郁,18例表现为焦虑。对照组为29例无神经精神症状的m TBI病人。利用以束示踪的空间统计学方法和多元线性模型分析了各向异性分数(FA)和扩散率图。利用Pearson相关
Abstract Objective To analyze the diffusion tensor images by means of spatial statistics with beam tracing to determine whether neuropsychiatric symptoms are caused by axonal injuries after mild traumatic brain injury (m TBI). Materials and Methods The study was approved by institutional ethics committee and no informed consent was signed. Forty-five patients with mTBI underwent diffusion tensor imaging and a series of neurocognitive tests (including assessment of immediate post-concussion and cognitive assessment), of which 38 were irritable, 32 were depressed, and 18 were anxious.
