俄媒:中国已跻身全球创新强国《俄罗斯商业咨询日报》发表题为“中国成为创新领袖”(作者塔季扬娜?格拉兹科娃)全球著名战略咨询公司StrategyOne的最新调查结果显示,世界顶尖公司的大多数高层经理人都不约而同地将中国列入全球最具创新精神国家的前五强。他们指出,一旦中国政府给予本国企业更多的经费支持,该国势必会拥有进一步发展创新经济的一切优势。
