在“一保一控”大背景下,中国政府提出要继续推进增值税转型改革试点,研究制定在全国范围、全行业内实施转型方案。此方案一经出台,将力促更多企业渡过难关,防止中国经济过度下滑。
Under the background of “one security and one control ”, the Chinese government has proposed to continue with the Pilot Reform Project on Value-added Tax Reform and study and formulate plans for the implementation of the transformation in a nationwide and industry-wide manner. Upon promulgation of this plan, it will urge more enterprises to tide over the difficulties and prevent excessive economic decline in China.
