结合工作实际,对水电施工企业如何进行施工管理控制进行了探讨。要做好水电工程项目施工管理控制,首先要确定成本目标、流通量目标和时间目标等,其次要实行全面预算管理,再次要强化制度管理。只有落实好以上工作,才能做到科学管理,精心施工,促进企业发展。
Combined with the actual work, how to carry out construction management control of hydropower construction enterprises is discussed.
