1986—1990年,采用田间试验和室内细胞学观察相结合的方法,对黄土高原30个谷子品种的辐射敏感性进行了研究。发现 M_1成活率、幼苗高度、株高和剂量呈负相关,染色体畸变率和剂量呈正相关。以半致死剂量为指标,进行辐射敏感性测定,可划分为3种类型,即敏感型、中间型、迟钝型。30个谷子品种的半致死剂量值为47——79krad。
In 1986-1990, the radiation sensitivity of 30 millet cultivars on the Loess Plateau was studied by field experiments and indoor cytological observations. It was found that M_1 survival rate, seedling height, plant height and dose were negatively correlated, chromosome aberration rate and dose were positively correlated. To semi-lethal dose as an indicator of radiation sensitivity can be divided into three types, namely sensitive, intermediate, slow-type. The median lethal dose of 30 millet cultivars was 47-79 krad.
