接德雷疫霉Phytophthora drechsleri游动孢子于甜瓜(Cucumis mel L.)叶片上,24℃下培养,侵入前形成静止胞,萌发产生压力胞,经由气孔保卫细胞间隙侵入。侵染菌丝在叶肉细胞间和细胞内扩展,也有从气孔抻出在叶面蔓延的。菌丝状孢子囊梗由气孔抻出或在抻出的菌丝上长出孢子囊梗,在顶端形成孢子囊。24℃下孢囊直接萌发出芽管。用德雷疫霉A_1型和辣椒疫霉A_2型的游动孢子悬浮液等量混合,接于白兰瓜叶片上能产生大量藏卵器、卵孢子。接菌后72h整个叶片呈水浸状暗褐色病变。
Then the P. aeruginosa Phytophthora drechsleri zoospore was cultured on the leaves of melon (Cucumis mel L.) and cultured at 24 ℃. The cells formed the quiescent cells before invade and formed pressure cells during germination, and then invaded through the stomata. Infected mycelium in mesophyll cells and intracellular expansion, but also from the stomata out of the foliar spread. Mycelial sporocysts stalk out from the stomata or in the mycelium out of sporocysts, sporocysts in the top. Cyst directly germinated at 24 ℃. With Mortierella A_1 type and Phytophthora capsici A_2 type zoospore suspension equivalent mixing, access to white melon leaves can produce a large number of egg-holders, oospores. 72h after inoculation, the whole leaf was immersed in dark brown lesions.
