目的研究军队院校培养专业技术人才社会支持与应对方式的关系,为有针对性开展国防人才心理健康教育、心理咨询和心理疏导提供理论视角。方法随机整群抽取某军队院校为基层部队培养专业技术人才755名进行领悟性社会支持量表和简易应对方式问卷进行测评研究。结果经常参加文体活动专业技术人才在家庭内支持、家庭外支持、社会支持总分均存在显著差异(F=4.365,P<0.05或0.01)。专业技术人才社会支持总分及家庭内支持与积极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.075,P<0.05);社会支持总分、家庭外支持与参加文体活动呈显著负相关(r=-0.111,P<0.01);家庭内支持与年龄呈显著负相关(r=-0.087,P<0.05)。积极应对方式、文体活动和年龄是影响专业技术人才社会支持的重要因素。结论经常参加文体活动专业技术人才社会支持水平较不经常参加文体活动者高;积极应对方式、经常参加文体活动和年龄对社会支持有预测作用。
Objective To study the relationship between social support and coping styles of military technical personnel trained by military academies and provide a theoretical perspective for targeted training of mental health education of national defense personnel, psychological counseling and psychological counseling. Methods A randomized cluster of 755 military professionals trained in military academies for the grass-roots units was trained to conduct a comprehension assessment on the comprehension social support scale and the simple coping style questionnaire. Results There were significant differences (F = 4.365, P <0.05 or 0.01) in the family support, out-of-home support and social support scores of professional and technical personnel who often participate in cultural and sports activities. There was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.075, P <0.05) between the total social support scores of professional and technical personnel and family support and positive coping; The total social support scores and family support were negatively correlated with the number of sports activities (r = -0.111, P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between family support and age (r = -0.087, P <0.05). Positive coping styles, sports activities and age are the important factors affecting the social support of professional and technical personnel. CONCLUSIONS: Social support for professional and technical personnel who often participate in cultural and sports activities is higher than those who rarely participate in sports activities. Positive coping styles, regular participation in sports activities and age have predictive effects on social support.
