目的:优选棉酚粗提物颗粒剂成型条件。方法:分别以颗粒剂外观、成型性、水分含量、流动性、堆密度和溶化性作为综合指标,考察浸膏粉与辅料配比,粘合剂的类型,粘合剂的用量对棉酚粗提取成型条件的影响。结果:最佳成型工艺条件为浸膏粉与辅料(可溶性淀粉:微晶纤维素:甘露醇)比为1∶0.2∶0.1∶0.1,粘合剂为甲基纤维素,粘合剂用量为10%。结论:该颗粒剂外观良好,吸湿性小,流动性和溶化性好、水分含量合格,优选的成型工艺简单、方便、可行,适合工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize gypsum crude extract pellet forming conditions. Methods: The appearance, formability, moisture content, fluidity, bulk density and dissolvability of granules were taken as the comprehensive indexes respectively. The effects of the ratio of extract powder and auxiliary materials, the type of binder and the amount of binder on the gossypol crude The impact of extraction molding conditions. Results: The best forming conditions were as follows: the ratio of extract powder to excipient (soluble starch: microcrystalline cellulose: mannitol) was 1: 0.2: 0.1: 0.1, the binder was methylcellulose and the amount of binder was 10 %. Conclusion: The granule has good appearance, low hygroscopicity, good fluidity and dissolvability, qualified moisture content, and the preferred forming process is simple, convenient and feasible, and suitable for industrialized production.
