本文介绍红鹤芋组培中适宜其培养的培养基,以MS基本培养基附加激素KT09mg/L和NAA03mg/L诱导外植体,诱导率达672%。在含KT12mg/L和NAA03mg/L的MS培养基上进行继代培养,增殖数可达43倍。壮苗在含IBA05mg/L和NAA04mg/L的1/2MS培养基上生根培养,生根率100%。同时,选用γ射线辐射其幼芽,辐射剂量率为172Gy/min,总剂量为35~40Gy,诱变率可达7%。
In this paper, we introduced the appropriate culture medium for the tissue culture of Brassica campestris. The explants were induced with the addition of hormone KT09mg / L and NAA03mg / L in MS basal medium with the induction rate of 672%. Subculture was performed on MS medium containing KT12mg / L and NAA03mg / L, with a multiplication of up to 43-fold. Strong seedlings were rooted on 1/2 MS medium containing IBA05mg / L and NAA04mg / L, and the rooting rate was 100%. At the same time, the buds were irradiated with γ-rays, the radiation dose rate was 172Gy / min, the total dose was 35-40Gy, and the mutagenesis rate was up to 7%.
