北京市经济技术开发区划分为核心区、路东区和河西区,区内人员主要由本地居民、本地工作人员和外来务工人员组成,规划人口规模为70万。该区内食品流通行业具有企业数量较多,发展迅速,业态覆盖完全,经营规模跨度大,经营水平参差不齐等特点。伴随着开发区经济快速发展,该区内人员数量增多、流动性增大,给食品安全监管带来许多困难。笔者日前对开发区食品经营企业进行调查,并结合调查结果分析监管难
Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone is divided into the core area, Lu Dong District and Hexi District.
