近年来,随着实物资产管理体系的不断建立与完善,其管理活动也不断地向规范化方向发展,管理要求也在不断的提高。但由于各级管理人员在实物资产管理上的认识不清、责任不明、制度不全等原因,造成实物资产使用效益不高、流失现象严重。如何加强企业实物资产管理,降低成本费用,提高资产贡献,有效扼制实物资产流失的现象,充分发挥实物资产在企业生产经营中的作用,是我们应该探讨的一个问题。本文主要以云南省烟草公司红河州公司为例,对企业实物资产管理进行阐述,并提出了相应的管理策略。
In recent years, with the continuous establishment and improvement of the physical asset management system, its management activities have also been constantly standardized and its management requirements have been continuously improved. However, due to the unclear understanding of the management of physical assets at all levels and the unclear responsibilities and system, the utilization efficiency of physical assets is not high and the loss phenomenon is serious. How to strengthen the management of enterprises’ physical assets, reduce costs and improve the contribution of assets, effectively curb the loss of physical assets, and give full play to the role of physical assets in the production and operation of enterprises is one issue that we should explore. This paper mainly takes Honghe Prefecture Company of Yunnan Tobacco Company as an example, elaborates the management of enterprise physical assets and puts forward corresponding management strategies.
