提高板卷箱的传动稳定性和轧制速度,对于提高轧线产能、降低生产成本具有重要的意义。简要介绍了板卷箱传动系统的构成,对板卷箱传动系统在使用中的常见问题进行了总结和分析,提出了板卷箱传动系统的优化方案,实际运行效果验证了优化方案的有效性。通过设备改造提高了设备稳定性及轧制速度,充分发挥了板卷箱在热轧生产中的作用。
