2001年友善一词被正式的写入道德建设相关文件,十八大报告当中友善再次被提出并作为了社会主义核心价值观的重要内容。友善出现在十八大报告当中其重要性可见一斑,友善是一种人文关怀的体现,友善不仅仅是对中华民族优良传统的一种继承体现,同时也是对西方文化的有效借鉴。友善的内涵是非常丰富的,涵盖了互助、平等、真诚、宽容、尊重、礼让。当前友善作为一种公民道德规范,对于公民的个人成长意义重大,是每个人都必须追求的道德品质。友善的范围是非常广泛的,不仅涉及到人与人之间,还涉及到人与社会以及人与自然,对友善的培育和践行既是实现公民道德水平提高的重要过程,同时也是对社会公共道德的优化过程,有助于社会关系的梳理和新建等过程。但是当前我国在培育和践行友善的过程当中不可避免的出现了一些问题,笔者将从个人角度、国家角度和社会角度三个方面论述如何去破解这些问题。本文共分为三个部分,第一部分主要对友善的内涵进行了阐述,第二部分分析了友善在培育和践行中价值观念、物质基础、内涵理解、保障机制四个方面所存在的问题,最后给出了如何友善价值观培育和践行的有效途径。
In 2001, the word “friendliness” was formally included in the documents related to moral construction. Friendliness was again put forward in the 18th CPC National Congress as an important part of the socialist core values. Friendliness is a manifestation of humanistic concern. Friendlyness is not only an inheritance of the fine tradition of the Chinese nation, but also an effective reference to Western culture. The connotation of friendship is very rich, covering mutual assistance, equality, sincerity, tolerance, respect, courtesy. At present, being friendly, as a kind of civic morality, is of great significance to the personal growth of citizens and is a moral quality everyone must pursue. The scope of friendship is very extensive. It involves not only people but also people and society as well as people and nature. The cultivation and practice of friendliness are not only the important process of raising the moral standard of citizens, but also the social public Moral optimization process, help to sort out the social relations and the new process. However, at present, some problems have inevitably emerged in the process of nurturing and practicing friendliness in our country. The author will discuss how to solve these problems in three aspects: personal point of view, national point of view, and social point of view. This article is divided into three parts. The first part mainly expounds the connotation of friendliness. The second part analyzes the existing problems of four aspects of values, material basis, connotation understanding and safeguard mechanism in friendly cultivation and practice. Finally, it gives an effective way to cultivate and practice the friendly values.
