目的:建立离子色谱-氢化物发生原子荧光法测定尿中形态砷的方法。方法:尿样经0.45μm滤膜过滤,以(NH4)2HPO4为流动相,采用离子色谱-氢化物发生原子荧光联机测定不同形态砷的含量。结果:实验结果相关性好,线性范围宽,精密度RSD为2.60%~4.30%,方法检出限为As(Ⅲ)2.0μg/L,DMA4.0μg/L,MMA4.0μg/L,As(Ⅴ)8.0μg/L,该方法所得回收率为90.48%~102.90%。结论:方法简便、快速、无需化学预处理、干扰少、灵敏度高,有较高的实用价值。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of arsenic in urine by ion chromatography-hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: Urine samples were filtered through 0.45μm membrane, and (NH4) 2HPO4 was used as the mobile phase. The contents of arsenic in different forms were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The experimental results showed good correlation with wide linear range and RSD of 2.60% -4.30%. The detection limits were 2.0μg / L As (Ⅲ), 4.0μg / L DMA, 4.0μg / L MMA, Ⅴ) 8.0μg / L, the recovery of this method was 90.48% ~ 102.90%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, without chemical pretreatment, less interference, high sensitivity and high practical value.
