励德·爱思唯尔公司高管的薪酬体系包括基本年薪、退休福利、其他福利、年度奖励和多年股权激励等五个部分。其中多年股权激励计划,包括高管股票期权计划(ESOS)、红利投资计划(BIP)和长期激励计划(LTIP)。这些多年股权激励计划都基于以下这三个绩效考核指标,即:股东总回报(TSR)、投资资本回报率(ROIC)和每股收益(EPS)。
Reed Elsevier executives pay system includes the basic annual salary, retirement benefits, other benefits, annual awards and multi-year equity incentive five parts. The multi-year equity incentive plan includes ESOS, BIP and LTIP. These multi-year equity incentive programs are based on the following three performance measures: Total Shareholder Return (TSR), Return on Investment Capital (ROIC), and EPS.
