熊胆、牛胆、豚胆、猪胆等胆汁酸的研究有气相色谱法及石英棒薄层扫描法等,可是气相法不能直接分析游离胆汁酸和结合胆汁酸。作者等应用3-a-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(3a-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase)固定化酶柱进行高压液相层析测定,可同时进行结合胆汁酸和游离胆汁酸的定量。高压液相装置及条件高压液相胆汁酸分析系统BA-110型柱:Bilepak(4.6×250mm),固定化酶柱:Enzymepak-HSD(4.6×35mm);移动相:A:乙腈/10mM磷酸盐缓冲液,pH7.8,40/60;B:
The bile acids such as gall bladder, bull gall, porcupine gall bladder, and pig gall bladder have been studied by gas chromatography and thin-layer scanning of quartz rods. However, the gas phase method cannot directly analyze free bile acids and bile acids.
