观察大黄素(Emd)和番泻甙A(SenA)对NE和高K+诱导的兔主动脉条(RA)收缩作用的影响。结果表明,小剂量大黄素(18.5μmol·L-1)和番泻甙A均可使NE和高K+诱导的RA收缩的量效曲线左移,其作用原理可能与钙激动作用有关。大剂量大黄素(92.5μmol·L-1)抑制RA收缩作用,量效曲线右移,其作用可能与大黄素络合游离Ca2+作用有关。
To observe the effects of Emd and SenA on NE and K + -induced contractions of aortic strips (RA) in rabbits. The results showed that small dose of emodin (18.5μmol·L-1) and sennoside A can shift the dose-effect curve of NE and high K + -induced RA contraction to the left, and its action principle may be related to calcium activation. High dose of emodin (92.5μmol·L-1) inhibited the contractile effect of RA and the dose-response curve shifted to the right, which may be related to the complexation of free Ca2 + by emodin.
