In September, in the first week of my London visa change, I met Grantoras from Athens. Like most wealthy people who come to London for spending, the Geez couple visit five-star hotels, dressed in designer clothes and fluent in English, spending billions of dollars on shopping. They are no strangers to London because Mrs.Get is a frequent visitor to London’s luxury boutiques. This time, both Georgian couples appeared in London because they had just purchased the property in downtown Victoria. This apartment is not large in size, two bedrooms, 80 square meters. The original owner of the apartment was a couple of doctors who bought the cottage for £ 550,000 in 2010. The Germans, who came to see a house on a Thursday afternoon, gave a reply that night, willing to pay 750,000 pounds for the small house to pay in cash. The Greeks, like the Glenmardes, have recently been unusually active in London, often shuttling between London’s wealthiest neighborhoods under the guidance of real estate agents. Rich London soon fell in love with these generous Mediterranean people because they made quick decisions and used cash transactions.
