近年来,冶金工业厂房墙体结构的研究和大型墙板的应用有了一定的进展,但基本上尚未摆脱手工砌筑砖墙的落后状态,这与国民经济的发展速度很不适应。根据国家建委关于“改革墙体、发展新型建筑体系实现建筑工业化”规划的要求,今后要把建筑物作为整体定型的工业化产品,以墙体改革为重点。因而,墙体改革工作的快慢,直接影响到建筑工业化的进程,现已引起有关方面的重视。特别是在唐山地震后,墙板建筑更显示出其抗震的优越性。针对墙体建筑工程量大面广,综合性、地方性和经济性很强的特点,我们冶金工业厂房墙体改革要体现两条腿走路的方针,要充分利用冶金工业废料和地方资源,因地制宜,采用各种途径,开展综合研究。为此,本期刊载几篇关于工业墙板使用状况、抗震特点、墙板计算等文章,以期促进技术交流,使工业墙板在推广过程中不断提高和发展,加快建筑工业化的速度,改变冶金建筑的面貌。

In view of the large number of construction projects of the wall and the characteristics of comprehensiveness, locality, and economy, the reform of the wall of the metallurgical industrial building should reflect the principle of walking on two legs. We must make full use of metallurgical industrial waste and local resources, and adjust measures to local conditions. Using various approaches to conduct comprehensive research.
