目的:探讨急性白血病LRP、MRP、P-gp和CD34表达与多药耐药关系。方法:用流式细胞术检测37例白血病患者的LRP、MRP、P-gp和CD34表达的表达。结果:P-gp阳性表达在缓解组与耐药组在统计学上有显著性差异,而在缓解组与耐药组间LRP、MRP、CD34均无显著性差异。结论:P-gp可作为白血病预测耐药的因素,LRP、MRP、CD34均不能单独作为白血病预测耐药的因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of LRP, MRP, P-gp and CD34 in acute leukemia and multidrug resistance. Methods: The expressions of LRP, MRP, P-gp and CD34 in 37 leukemia patients were detected by flow cytometry. Results: The positive expression of P-gp in the remission group and the resistant group was statistically significant difference, but in the remission group and resistant group LRP, MRP, CD34 no significant difference. Conclusion: P-gp can be used as a predictor of leukemia. LRP, MRP and CD34 alone can not be used as predictors of drug resistance in leukemia.
