In 2009, it was found that adjusting the angle of the magnetic quadrupole lens did not realize the adjustment of the beam cross-sectional shape required by the theoretical analysis during the beam tuning of the high-intensity cyclotron test device. Therefore, it was judged that there was a problem with the quadrupole magnetic field. Two magnetic quadrupole lenses were removed from the central bore of the main magnet for magnetic field measurements. When the current of 20A was applied, the magnetic field values at the four pole tips were 160, 115, 80 and 110 Gauss, respectively. It was found that there was a serious asymmetry in the magnetic field of the lens, and after the magnetic pole and the yoke were assembled into one body
