教育部2013年6月出台了《教育部关于推进中小学教育质量综合评价改革的意见》教基二[2013]2号文件,为全国中小学评价改革指明了方向,批准了30个实验区,进入了评价改革的攻坚阶段。鹿城小学虽未列入评价改革实验区,仍大胆迈出改革步伐,于2013年9月大胆推行新的评价改革,自主研发了“鹿城小学素质教育评价系统”。评价体系从师德表现、专业能力、职业表现、学生培养、工作量及出勤、学生学业负担状况等方面对教师进行发展综合评
