课外体育是实现我国学校体育目标的重要组织形式.本文采用文献法、访谈法、问卷法,就高中毕业班学生课外体育活动的情况,对福建省15所一类学校5600名高中毕业班学生参与课外体育活动的态度、活动次数、活动时长、活动形式以及活动动机和影响因素等进行了调查.针对出现的问题提出了合理的建议和相应的对策,为今后的学校体育教学与指导课外体育活动提供参考
Extracurricular physical education is an important form of organization to achieve the goal of school physical education in our country.This paper adopts the literature method, interview method and questionnaire method to study the participation of extracurricular sports activities of high school graduates in 5600 high school graduates in 15 types of schools in Fujian Province The attitudes of extracurricular sports activities, the number of activities, the duration of activities, the forms of activities and the motivation and influencing factors of the activities were investigated.The reasonable suggestions and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward according to the problems that appeared.And for the future physical education in schools and guidance of extracurricular sports activities for reference
