一对复摆腭式破碎机运动轨迹的分析。从破碎矿石来说,要求动腭运动轨迹是:动腭的水平行程要大,并使其从排矿口向给矿口逐渐加大;从减少衬板磨损来说,动腭垂直行程要小,并使其有助于排矿的作用。这样的运动轨迹不仅能提高生产率而且又能大大的减少衬板的磨损。复摆式破碎机动腭的运动轨迹如图1和表1所示。从中看出,它的动腭水平行程较大而且从排矿口向给矿口是逐渐加大的,因此有利于破碎矿石;但它的动腭垂直行程很大,致使衬板磨损比较快。
Analysis of the Motion Trajectory of a Pair of Complex Pendulum Breakers.
