影响射线探伤底片质量的因素很多,本文仅对锅炉压力容器制造、安装中建立射线探伤质量保证体系及质量管理制度的有关问题进行讨论。射线探伤记录是二维信息图象,得到的是直观的便于保存的检验结果。该法已广泛用于评定焊接质量,由射线探伤发现焊接缺陷,通过信息的反馈,改进焊接工艺,从而提高锅炉压力容器的制造质量。 There are many factors that affect the quality of the radiographic flaw detection film. This article discusses only the issues related to establishing the quality assurance system and quality management system of the radiofrequency detector in the manufacture and installation of the boiler and pressure vessel. Radiographic inspection records are two-dimensional information images that result in an intuitive and easily preserved test result. The law has been widely used to assess the quality of welding, welding flaw detected by ray flaw, through the feedback of information to improve the welding process, thereby enhancing the quality of the boiler pressure vessel manufacturing.
