在以用户为中心的产品设计背景下,用户需求是产品设计的战略导向。本文以sibyl品牌女生头戴式耳机设计的实践过程为例,详细探讨了基于人物角色方法洞察用户需求、将用户需求明确为产品设计目标,并以此目标指导设计实施过程的实践方法,使整个设计过程更具合理性、精准性、可操作性。这一方法能帮助设计师迅速理解用户需求,抓住设计要点,创造出符合用户期待的产品。
