上访能够使人民群众及时将意愿、诉求等表达出来并得到解决。但由于受到种种因素的影响,并不是所有的上访需求都能得到满足,由此导致出现一系列社会矛盾,对社会安定造成不利影响。而社会工作介入能够对上访群体进行心理疏导,并就其实际需求与有关部门沟通,促进问题的解决。本文以对上访人员心理分析为基础,阐述了县域政府解决群众上访问题的社会工作介入内容,给出了社工协助解决上访问题策略,以期促进群众上访问题的快速有效解决。
Petitions enable people to express their will and resolve in time. However, due to various factors, not all petitions for petitions can be met, resulting in a series of social conflicts that adversely affect social stability. The intervention of social work can psychological counseling the petitioners groups, and communicate with the relevant departments on their actual needs, and promote the solution of problems. Based on the psychological analysis of petitioners, this article expounds the intervention of the county government in the social work of the petitions of the masses and gives the strategies of social workers to help them solve the petitions of the petitions, so as to promote the quick and effective solution to the petition of the masses.
