随着时代的发展,员工的绩效考核对于企业来说越来越重要,但是传统上单一的财务评价系统已经脱离了时代发展的轨迹,在当今企业中显得十分力不从心,难以长时间的及时的为企业进行管理提供准确、有效的信息以供企业高层进行决策,致使企业管理与员工绩效中出现越来越多的问题,已经严重的阻碍了当今企业的发展。对于这种情况,企业应该加强员工绩效考核制度的管理,积极完善员工绩效考核制度,以促进企业的进一步发展。接下来,笔者将在本文中以企业绩效考核制度中切实存在的问题为根据,对企业员工绩效考核制度进行分析,并提出建议。
