目的探讨经腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗亚临床型精索静脉曲张的疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析我院45例行腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术患者的临床资料。结果 45例手术均获成功,平均手术时间35 min,基本无出血,平均住院5 d。随访3～6个月,无复发。结论腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术具有视野清楚、创伤小、并发症少等优点,对治疗亚临床型精索静脉曲张具有显著临床价值。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transcervical varicocele ligation in subclinical varicocele. Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with laparoscopic varicocele ligation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 45 surgeries were successful. The average operation time was 35 min with no bleeding and the average hospitalization was 5 days. Follow-up 3 to 6 months, no recurrence. Conclusion Laparoscopic varicocele ligation has the advantages of clear vision, less trauma and less complications, and has significant clinical value for the treatment of subclinical varicocele.
