办公自动化(OA)系统一般以沟通 (Communication)、协作(Collaboration)、 协调(Coordination)为目标,为现代企 业、政府机构提供了安全、强大且易于 管理的网络办公解决方案。帮助实现信 息、资源的共享,增强员工协同工作的 能力,强化领导的监控管理,实现公文 流转、审核签批等行政事务的自动处 理,促进管理电子化、规范化。 随着工作流概念、技术、应用的不 断普及,其自身的特点更能在办公自动 化(OA)系统中发挥规范而强大的作用。
OA system generally aims at communication, collaboration and coordination, and provides modern enterprises and government agencies with safe, powerful and easy-to-manage network office solutions.
