小班化教学评价是以学生的学习行为为主体,评价学生无限的内在潜力和发展能力,因此小班化教学不可能有任何的形式和演出。小班化教学评价的目的是改进教学评价,以学生的发展为主,生生互动为方向,使每个课堂都张扬个性、突出特长,促进学生向未来趋向性发展。
Small class teaching evaluation is based on students ’learning behavior as the main body to evaluate the students’ intrinsic potential and development ability, so small class teaching can not have any form and performance. The purpose of small-class teaching evaluation is to improve the teaching evaluation, with students’ development as the mainstay and students’ interaction as the direction, so that each classroom will show individuality, highlight its specialty and promote students’ tendency to develop towards the future.
