采用熔融共混法制备了共混比为70/30的胶粉/聚丙烯热塑性弹性体,并考察了过氧化物和硫黄用量对其微观结构、混炼特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入过氧化物能明显提高胶粉/聚丙烯的相容性和弹性体力学性能,同时也造成了聚丙烯基体的降解。加入硫黄可交联聚丙烯相,并提高胶粉/聚丙烯热塑性弹性体性能。
Melt blending method was used to prepare rubber powder / polypropylene thermoplastic elastomer with blending ratio of 70/30. The effects of the amount of peroxide and sulfur on the microstructure, mixing properties and mechanical properties were investigated. The results showed that the addition of peroxide can significantly improve the compatibility of the crumb rubber / polypropylene and the mechanical properties of the elastomer, and also cause the degradation of the polypropylene matrix. Add sulfur cross-linkable polypropylene phase and improve rubber powder / polypropylene thermoplastic elastomer properties.
